Cancellation & Refund Policy
Effective Date: 1 June 2025
This Is Muay Thai understands that plans change. This policy sets out the conditions under which cancellations are accepted and refunds are issued for Muay Thai camp bookings.
1. Cancellation by the Participant

2. How to Cancel
To cancel a booking, email Info@thisismuaythai.fit with your booking reference number and the reason for cancellation. Cancellations are effective on the date we receive your email. We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method via Razorpay. Processing typically takes 7–10 business days after we approve the refund. Payment gateway fees (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Rescheduling
If you need to move your camp to a different batch or location, contact us at least 21 days before the original camp start date. One rescheduling request is allowed at no charge; subsequent changes are subject to a rescheduling fee of ₹2,000 per request. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
5. Cancellation by ${BRAND}
In the unlikely event that This Is Muay Thai cancels a camp due to circumstances within our control (e.g., insufficient enrolment, gym closure), you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another batch at no extra cost. We are not liable for costs incurred such as flight or accommodation bookings.
6. Force Majeure
This Is Muay Thai is not liable for cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government orders, political unrest, or pandemics. In such cases we will make best efforts to offer a credit or rescheduling option, but refunds are not guaranteed.
7. Medical Cancellations
If you are unable to attend due to a documented medical condition, contact us as early as possible. On submission of a valid medical certificate, we will consider a credit note or partial refund on a case-by-case basis, irrespective of the standard cancellation window.
